Tasks, a day timeline, finances and voice notes — all in one calm place. Capture ideas on the go, plan without stress, and let things move on their own.
One app instead of scattered lists, reminders and spreadsheets. Built for a real day, not a perfect one.
The home screen shows only what is overdue and what is due today. No noise — just what matters right now.
Lay tasks out by the hour and drag the edge to change duration. A red line shows where you are right now.
Tap — speak — the task is on your board. Before the thought slips away.
Income, expenses, balance and a wishlist planner for what is left to spend. With financial literacy tips.
Themed lists with no dates — and when an idea is ready, one click sends it to the calendar.
A notification lands on your phone at just the right minute — even when the app is closed.
One email is all it takes. Tasks, notes and finances sync across all your devices. Lost your phone? Everything comes back with a single sign-in.
The short version: what it costs, whether you need an account, and how your data gets from the phone to the computer.
FLOW is a free task planner and daily planner for one person. It keeps your tasks and their dates, an hour-by-hour timeline of the day, reminders, themed lists, a journal and simple analytics in one place. It runs in the browser and installs as an app on a phone or computer.
FLOW is free. There are no ads, no paid tiers and no user tracking.
No. The app opens straight away and there is nothing to register. By default your data stays on the device. An email and a passphrase are needed only if you choose to turn on sync between devices.
Yes. Press the microphone, say the task, and it appears on the board. On Android and Chrome the browser does the recognition itself; on iPhone and Safari the audio is transcribed on the server.
Turn sync on in the settings: enter an email and a passphrase, then the same two things on the second device. A key is derived from them and used to encrypt the cloud copy. The email itself is never sent to the server.
Yes. Tasks, lists, the journal and the timeline all work without an internet connection. The network is needed only for sync, push reminders and the AI features.
Any device with a modern browser: Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac. It is a PWA — you install it from the browser and from then on it opens like a normal app, with its own icon.
The home screen shows only what is overdue and what is due today, so a long list never becomes a wall of text. The planned date and the deadline are separate fields, so moving a task to another day does not shift its due date. And tasks can be laid out across the hours on the day timeline.
More about planning itself is in the blog: time blocking, the Eisenhower matrix, the 80/20 rule and what to do when motivation is gone.
Free, with no sign-up and no ads. Installs like a regular app on your phone and computer.
